J-HIT is the personal training brand of Jamel Feddou, built to turn his energy and coaching philosophy into a clear digital presence.
The challenge
Jamel wanted to help more people become fit and confident, but the brand needed a stronger way to communicate his approach beyond individual training sessions. The opportunity was to make his personality visible while creating a practical route from content to coaching.
Content strategy
I shaped the strategy around a weekly video format. The series gave people a consistent view of Jamel’s training, mindset, and progress instead of relying on generic fitness claims. I advised him on storytelling, filming his journey, and turning individual moments into episodes people could follow over time.
Identity and digital experience
I designed the J-HIT identity and started the website where prospective customers could understand the offer and apply for coaching programmes. The name stands for Jamel High-Intensity Training. Its symbol combines the J and H into a compact mark that works across video, digital channels, and merchandise.
What the system achieved
The work connected brand, content, and conversion in one system. Video built familiarity, the identity made the programme recognisable, and the website gave interested viewers a clear next step.
